Mr. Guerin represented the company in suing the former director for Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Fraud and Conversion based upon the former director's taking of substantial funds from the corporation without board approval. Regis Guerin recently tried a two-month bench trial in the Ventura County Superior Court, with the Court issuing a Statement of Decision in favor of Mr. Guerin's client. Mr. Guerin obtained a judgment of partition for his client, in addition to a complete defense verdict on several claims against her.
