Jason C. Strzelczyk
Jason C. Strzelczyk is of counsel to The Guerin Law Firm and practices business, probate, and catastrophic injury litigation. Mr. Strzelczyk has also represented a wide variety of businesses and individuals in litigation pertaining to the defense of construction entities, architects and engineers, products manufacturers, restaurants, security companies, and event venues. He has also been involved in insurance matters related to bad faith, coverage, and subrogation.
Mr. Strzelczyk has assisted small businesses with various legal matters including business formation, drafting of corporate employment policies/manuals and review and negotiation of contracts in real estate, general business, technology acquisition and entertainment matters.
Mr. Strzelczyk previously worked at boutique defense firms. With this experience, Mr. Strzelczyk has in-depth knowledge of insurance company practices in settling personal injury cases.
Mr. Strzelczyk obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.
